Constantly loud running fans on Acer Swift X

This has been a persistent problem for the past couple months that I've had this unit, I've done fresh installs of Windows, I've patched drivers, I've tried setting the TDP of the CPU. I normally like this laptop but this is the most annoying thing about it for me (also sometimes the mouse gets randomly slowed down at times).

I don't even have any startup apps enabled but it will start being loud just from being booted. Simple stuff like web browsing will kick it into high gear inexplicably. Has anyone else run into this problem and found a solution?

    Hi @ jayezar
    1. Clean the fan.
    2. Move your computer's position to prevent obstructions and increase airflow.
    3. Use fan control software.
    4. Use the Task Manager or Force Quit tool to close any unnecessary programs.
    5. Replace the computer's fans.

This is a very old post but I do actually have a fix. Find some way to disable "Turbo Boost" and the PC will stop kicking into overdrive for minor tasks and stay quiet.
