Hello,
I own the PH315-53-77TZ predator helios 300 and I love it. this laptop has 1 TB of storage and I am considering purchasing extra.
I heard that NVMe pci ssd is the best storage type currently so i was looking at this 2TB one: link

does my laptop has an availible slot to install it? how do I check?

There should be 3 ssd slots on the bottom of the laptop, two on the side with the wifi module (one will be blocked by the full length SSD thats already installed though , and then one next to the ram slot. You just need to unscrew and remove the bottom :)   ( www.youtube.com/watch?v=tcUTxdcz5Sg&t=100s )

All three of these are NVME capbable and the one next to the ram slot is a full length slot and there should be a spacer / mounting hole to mount it on the USB add in board. There is also a way to mount a normal 2.5 inch HDD if you wanted, you would just need the right cable.

I've attached an image o the schematic to show you where on the board it is, cut out all the gumph to make it a tad easier to read! :

You will probs have a SSD in JSSD1 , and JSSD2 should be available unless you have a model with RAID'd disks which i dont belive you do have. You could check in the bios to see how many disks you already have installed if you were not sure :)

Samsungs are great and it should work, but i stay away from recomending one thing over another where possible :) Try to remain neutral where possible!
