I have an Acer Aspire 6 A615-51-51V1 (specs here https://www.acsacs.tech/products/Computers/Laptops/Acer/Acer-Aspire-6-A615-51-51V1---15-6---Core-i5-8250U?prodid=5353165&info=2) and was wondering if anyone has any real experience of fitting NVME ssd greater that 256 GB in this machine... I have seen posts on here that Crucial offer one as an upgrade but i wondered if anyone had actualy achieved this and had it worked or failed miserably... I currently have a Samsung SSD 970 EVO Plus 250GB in there having replaced the 16GB Optane.

To be honest my wee notebook runs like a charm (after giving it another 4GB ram) but i wanted to know if i could upgrade further.

Edited to fix link.

It should take 2TB without issues. But NVMEs can be finicky. So you get no 100% guarantees from me. :)
