Hi, I am not in US but my acer laptop came from US. I had some issues with the screen display recently and tried to contact the live chat page
(it says the webpage took too long to respond). I also can't call through the phone number provided since I'm not from US and calling an overseas number will incur costs. I contacted the live chat from AnswersBy
but they said that my warranty ended on 10/27/2021 but I only bought the laptop on 1/29/2021, which means technically the warranty should be until 1/29/2022. AnswersBy sent me a website
to show the proof of purchase date but I encountered Error 1020 Access Denied. Can someone please help? Is there any other ways to contact the US support? Thank you!
