Is it just me or does anyone else have ongoing wireless driver issues? (Spin SP13-53N-74XX)

I am so frustrated with my Spin. Several months ago I began experiencing issues with the Intel wireless and bluetooth drivers. In a nutshell I lost all access to wirelees connectivity. Initially I was able to resolve the issue by re-installing the latest Intel drivers, but 3 or 4 months ago even this fix stopped working and I simply get a Windows message saying "We couldn't find  wireless devices on this PC" yet according to the Hardware and connection properties dialog "Intel(R) Wireless-AC 9560 160MHz" is installed. The Acer care centre (useless!) states that all drivers are up to date and Intel states I have the latest drivers installed. My only means of using this piece of cr@p online is via an Ethernet adapter.
I am not an IT numpty nor am I an expert so any basic help / advice would be very much appreciated

First your model number is not the Spin SP13-53N-74XX it’s the SP513-53N-74XX. Your OEM card is the Intel AC 9560 that comes with your Spin. When you say that “I was able to resolve the issue by re-installing the latest Intel drivers, but 3 or 4 months ago even this fix stopped working” did you first uninstall the old drivers from your Spin? As you have to completely uninstall the old drivers (through Device Manager) and then install the last AC9560 driver and try that, as these cards are pretty reliable and very rarely go wrong unless there us something actually wrong with your OEMAC 9560 card that you have? And if that is the case then replace the AC 9560 with a new one

Btw, some users have changed this card to the newer Intel AX201 but and with older laptops the AX201’s CNVio2 interface is not compatible with the AC 9560’s CNVio interface in laptop(s)/motherboard(s) that DO NOT support AX201 module in their CNVio-enabled M.2 connector.

Thank you for correcting my Typo StevenGen. In response to your question about uninstalling the old drivers via Dev Mgr, yes. On each occasion I have been careful to clean up traces of the existing driver before re-installing. FYI the latest driver set I have found and tried is 22.90.0
Unfortunately for me the laptop is out of warranty so, a faulty card would be down to me to sort - Not that I would expect to have to change components in a unit that has hardly been used.
This is my first Acer purchase and with the ongoing issues I have had with it, it is going to be my last.
