My laptop is doesn't performing well or im stupid :> - Acer Nitro 5

Acer Nitro 5 i5-10300H/16GB/512/W10 RTX2060 144Hz AN515-55 // i've bought this laptop like 5 months ago and i can't play at high settings at vallorant. If i don't cap the fps im getting 200+ but im getting drop fps in a few seconds to 90,80 and it makes game unplayble is it normal? I was thinking that this laptop can handle game like valorant easily. I've tried the tutorials from yt ''How to get more fps at windwos 10'' etc but it doesn't change a lot. Also im using nitro sense at max settings.
