My Acer Predator Helios 300 (G3-572) is not working on battery. when plugged in it works fine, it shows 100% charged but when power is turned off laptop goes blank. Tried resetting and updating the battery driver, tried resetting battery setting and bios setting, nothing worked out. Before this problem my laptop gives battery backup up-to 2 hrs for normal working and all of sudden this problem happened, so i don't think battery died all of sudden, help me solve this problem.

Udaiya123 most probably your battery is dead check the wear with hwinfo or battery bar pro if more than 15/20% wear its gone RIP u need to get it replaced asap gaming laptops were not designed to be used on battery only the battery its more of a extra  power bank to help the adapter with more power when this one cant provide enough to the cpu/dgpu on high demanding works/gaming u should only use it on battery on emergency and really light work you ill kill your battery cells really fast if you use it on battery only as the battery cells will stop accepting the designed capacity and will degrade until they dont accept anything at all and some wont even work at all when the wear its too high that means some of the cells are already dead  apart from that make sure youre always on AC at all times good luck :)

In case your battery its damage as im suspecting here are the part numbers you need to look for to get a replacement
