Low FPS issues starting roughly a month ago

Hi all,

About a month ago i started having issues playing games. I've tried running Valheim, Moonglow Bay, and Divinity Sin II. All the games I run have FPS of around 12. Usually when I'm running these games my temperatures tend to be within their normal although today my temps are 149, 113, and 113 for my CPU, GPU, and system respectively. My computer is running nothing other than the basics. When I run my games I have my computer in performance mode, plugged in, overclocking set to at least fast if not extreme. This all began out of nowhere and I hadn't updated anything new. Since then, I updated to windows 11 and updated all the drivers that were recommended and could be potential causes of the problem. I've gone into my device manager and it says my disk drives are functioning normally.

I'm not good with computers at all so if i left out any important info please let me know. I tried reaching out to Acer but I'm outside of my warranty and don't want to pay 80 to speak with a rep if I can avoid it.

aarsenault94 win11 sorry im not even going to try to diagnose anything on win11 neither recommend it to anyone at this point its still full of bugs wait a few years more i would suggest you to go back to win 10 disable the windows updates completely and see if the issues persist also we need temps  in celsius not fahrenheit (as it seems to me by those numbers) and i hope your running the ram in dual channel mode 2x8gb dual channel ready set  good luck :)

Also what do you mean pay to speak with acer support ?? the support is free also bare in mind we arent acer employees we are all normal users like yourself here voluntarily on our own free time to help the best way we can/know and  this community its not acer official direct support channel its user driven and acer staff only manages it and will rarely intervene :)
