Acer Helios 300 PH317-53-78JH(2020) Constantly Crashing.

Before i start, let me just say, this pc is currently two reaching the two year mark i believe, with it being sent to the Singapore Acer Service Centre twice, and not one single issue has been fixed. I can also confirm that no parts have been switched by the service centre or myself. Continuing from this statement, unless i find a fix for this problem, i will never, ever touch a single acer product in my life ever again.
My laptop has been crashing ever since 5 months into purchase, but i've tried to endure it for the longest time ever considering that the service centre is an hours journey away and i cannot seperate myself from it due to  the use of it for school work.

Problems i've had: BSOD including(there are way more, i just forgot the name cause too many.) Unexpected Store Exception, Critical process died, kernel mode exception not handled, system service exception, and 2-3 more than i forgot. Errors are in descending order from most times happening to least times happening.  BSOD occurs probably 5 times in an hour, whether im playing games like valorant or battlefield 2042, or even just with my pc not being used in the login screen for Windows.
Crashing: Computer has gone through several different crashes, i dont know the name but i do know how to describe them.
First type: Screen froze, unable to select anything, move cursor or anything. However, computer is still in use, since i am able to speak and listen to my friends on a discord call(and they can hear me too.)
Second type: Computer freezes, audio ***** the bed and just freezes and plays the same 0.1s sound over and over again. Usually leads to computer just turning off without restarting, or leads to any BSOD.
Third type: Most weird type, everything on screen freezes,  but am able to move cursor. Cursor however moves at 2 fps and doesn't respond well to mouse movement.
fourth type: computer just turns off. (Black screen, no keyboard turning on, fan shuts off etc.)

Now, i've tried everything. Using the windows' memory scanning tool, the  chkdsk command for both my SSD and HDD (3-4 times already for each), reset, refragmented and reset both again. Have also tried: resetting laptop batteries, resetting windows, and then finally, resetting windows, deleting all files, resetting ssd and HDD.(Hdd wasnt even reset after the service centre was done, all they did was reset my ssd and windows, and gave it back to me.

Some stats: computer runs at consistent 92 deg celsius for cpu when gaming on high end games such as gtav, battlefield 2042, halo infinite, and 85 deg celsius for gpu. went back to service centre for both fixing and thermal repasting, but the computer came back CONSISTENTLY HOTTER than before.

im literally open to any suggestions at this point, because exam is in 1 week, and i cannot send this computer back to the service centre for a 13 day service like before, because i need it to study.
PLEASE. Make better laptops. All of my friends with predator laptops (3 people in total) have all experienced problems including bsods 3-5 months into purchase.
thank  you.

kn0xye seems to me hardware issues and when you have send it in was it still under warranty if so you should had pushed to get it properly fixed or a replacement mobo if the case was already out of warranty they will never fix anything out of warranty im sorry youre having issues but at this point its way out of warranty and as i said it it was under warranty wen u sent it to RMA you should had escalated to the highest possible to get it fixed theres nothing unfortunately anyone can do here regarding your issue as is seems to be hardware related the only advice i have for you at this point try a stock recovery clean install (assuming your acer recovery partition its still intact) ALT+F10 on boot and delete everything option but make sure to backup whatever you need first this will format the drive to the first day you powered it on for the first time  and will rule out any software issues also disable windows updates completely after the first boot if your recovery partition its gone you need to create a windows usb boot drive yourself and install it manually download all drivers/software from acer support from your own model and do the same  after this any persisting issues its hardware and not worth to get a donor mobo as it would be more expensive that buying a new one also bare in mind this is not acer official support channel we are not acer employees we are just normal users like yourself here voluntarily on our own free time the community its user driven acer staff only manages it and will only step in if really needed in really rare situations good luck :)

Also 92 degrees its way to high you need to optimize your windows properly undervolt with TS and if still needed repaste it with kryonaut or similar the cpu shouldnt go above 85'ish and dgpu 70/75 max over that will start to thermal throttle all manufacturers stock paste its rubbish and even worse if not properly applied i suggest you apply it yourself properly as youre way out of warranty you can open it without issues also any complains you might have have to be directly done with acer support as i said this is not the official support channel neither we work for acer :)

Yeah, i also suspected a hardware issue. Am going back to the service centre next week to get it done. No worries, currently still under warranty so i believe it can get fixed. However, am very disappointed with service centre cause the last 2 times i went there, i informed them that my laptop runs at 92 deg celsius and they said they will  get on it, but after receiving it back it just got hotter. Am gonna see if they are gonna fix it or no. Thanks for the help all.

also, currently laptop doesnt crash that much, stillcant figure out the cause. However, am hopeful it lasts till next week, still need the data on the laptop for my exams. thanks all for solutions, i will definitely try.
