Travelmate p453-MG BIOS Crisis Recovery doesn't work as it supposed to

Hi All !

I'm looking for some advice, and I can really assure you that before writing here I have read half of the internet for a solution.

I have recently got a Travelmate P453-MG, which is with 8GB RAM and 480GB Kingston SSD, still a pretty decent machine for some limited tasks.
I have installed Windows 10 on it, everything was fine and great, did all the Driver and Win updates and at the end the BIOS update, which is a pretty normal thing to do have it on the latest as well.
Found that there is a newer BIOS which said Not for Upgrade, but I have read what that means and since it's windows 10 (above Windows 8) I said okay fine it shouldn't be a problem.
Did the update, everything went fine during the update, but the Laptop can'T start from this moment.

It starts, fan starts, power led is on, then in about 2-3 seconds the HDD lefd and the Wifi Led is flashing once and it restarts.

I found out about the BIOS Crisis recovery method by pressing Fn+Esc when you plug in and load the bios from an USB stick.
Obviously I have created the USB drive FAT32, I have chosen a pretty old one which is only 250Mb to avoid that it's too big and maybe it won't recognize it, loaded only the firmware file on the Stick and according to the P453-M Service Manual I have renamed the file to BA50X64.fd.

Stick connected, Fn+Esc pressed together, Battery Out, Plug in ->  Then it starts, USB Stick starts quickly blinking for about 6-7 seconds, then it starts flashing about once in a second for about 6-7 seconds, and then restarts.   So it looks like it is doing something, but still there is no result and the Laptop is doing the same as before when starting.

Tried all 3 USB ports, the same is happening in all.

Am I doing something wrong ?  Maybe the file name is not the right one ?

As far as I see the last thing I can do is to order a BIOS replacement chip loaded with the Firmware from Ebay.
But before doing this I thought it worth a question here to the more experienced ACER Gurus.

Thx for any ideas.

Since I haven't got any answer from anyone I went to the direction to order a BIOS chip from E-bay, spoke with the selller which BIOS version I need on the chip, today it has arrived, replaced it and Voila the laptop is back to life :)

So this is just FYI for the future.
