Acer aspire TC-895 with 1660 super and a 500W psu from factory

Hello everyone, I have been having a weird clicking sound from the psu when the pc is turned off. Its not loud and I can only hear it if I get closer to the pc. Should I replace the psu or its not worth it ? Seeing as the 500w psu that I have is really expensive because its rare

Are you sure it is the PSU fan and not the graphics card fan(s)?

I'll suggest using a can of compressed air with the small tube inserted through the grill to spray. Also spray the PSU fan too.  Vacuum the dust after that.
See if the situation will improve.

Dust build up can cause fan weight unbalance, together with fan bearings worn out will create some sound.

We have had a few other people also notice a soft clicking sound, it doesn't seem to cause any harm. Likely it's the fan toggling from off to just barely moving as the temperatures change.
