Acer Aspire A315-41-R0E7 blue led blinking 5 times and not charging

Recently, I changed the internal battery of my Acer Aspire for a new one, I was using my device for a couple of hours and it worked without any problem.
When the battery was about to run out, I turned it off normally, but when I plugged in the charger, the orange light started flashing instead of staying on, and when I tried to turn it on, nothing happened, only the blue light on the side turned on and off 5 times. I tried turning on the device with the charger plugged in, and it worked, but it still won't charge.
I have been looking for solutions on this problem and already tried to reset the battery with a clip for 30 seconds, but it does not work.

    (1) Why did you change the battery?
    (2) A  new battery should be plugged in until steady blue charge LED indicates full charge BEFORE turning it on unplugged.
    (3) With laptop turned off, keep charger plugged in until flashing stops and charge LED turns to steady blue. This may take 8 hrs.
