Where can I buy an Acer 317 Chromebook with a standard keyboard in Canada?

We bought an Acer CB317-1H-C6GH Chromebook with 128GB at Best Buy,
but had to return it because it had a non-standard keyboard that's impossible to use by anyone that knows how to type.

The ones in the ads show a standard keyboard
(in particular, immediately to the right of the "Z" is a shift key, without an additional key being inserted between them).

Where can I, in Canada, buy one of these with the standard keyboard that appears in the ad?

You probably got one with Canadian French instead of US International. Unfortunately though I can lookup the part number for any of the keyboards, I don't have a cross reference to the models that contain them. You may have to resort to contacting a salesperson at the vendor or Acer support for Canada...

The Best Buy sales people didn't seem very concerned about the immediate return, the "open box" they'll now have to discount, or their loss of the sale (including the return of other products I bought with it). They certainly didn't offer any suggestions about the product.

As for Acer support, I've searched the Canadian web pages and found that they sell only through retail dealers, and failed to find any e-mail address where I could ask them about it.  Is there any convenient way of contacting Acer's sales people?

If this is the only keyboard they sell in Canada, they must be missing out on a lot of potential sales. I can't be the only customer that barely gives a glance at products with strange keyboards.

You might try a phone call.
