CPU heat suddenly spiking Nitro AN515-57

So I have Acer Nitro AN515-57, Intel i7-11800H, RTX 3050, and 16GB RAM. I don't know why, lately my laptop CPU experiencing sudden heat spiking, constantly. So I tried restarting my laptop and somehow it fixed the heat problem, but everytime I turn on my laptop, it always start with heat spiking and I always have to restart my laptop again. Can someone help me?

    @Haza_Kuro does the heat spiking affect the performance of the laptop like reducing FPS or shuttering?

    Hi @Haza_Kuro,

    This Temperature spike might be due to Heavy Load on Your CPU or GPU. It's also possible to Not see a little load in on your CPU or GPU but still the Temperature rises. ... But It Might Fail to handle that Temperature if you are having a bad Thermal Paste.
