Compatible ram for AN515-54-59UV-7?

Hello,

I have a laptop Nitro 5, AN515-54-59UV-7, and I want to upgrade it's ram.

I know that I can put two rams with the 'dual channel' and the max is 32gb (like 2 rams of 16gb).

but I don't know what ram's frecuency (a minimum or a maximum) or voltage I need to look into when I bought them.

does anyone know?
