Repair Complete but cannot collect

My Chromebook was sent for repair.  When I check the Repair Status Online, it showed Repair Complete since last Friday.  I have called up the Customer Service hotline, they keep saying wait for the SMS.  They are not able to follow up with the Repair Team.  

Really disappointed with Acer Support.  Customer Service hotline is not helpful.  The Repair Status Online feature is useful but not helpful.  So, what if it shows Repair Complete?  You cannot proceed for next step, collection.

The only touch point is the Customer Service hotline which only keep saying wait for the SMS.  No email to write to.  I hope this community will reach someone in Acer to really take a look at the Support/Repair process flow.

When can I collect back the Chromebook?  The kid need it for holiday Zoom sessions.

I am sorry for the experience you are having to follow your repair status, would you please send me via private message the case number, your serial number and contact information (phone number and email), this way We can try escalate it to your local support for follow up.
