I have Aspire A315-56, and the following two monitors: 1.) Actually tbh I don't have the model number or anything, the other I just got it's 2.) Acer EG270 Pbipx 27'' 144Hz 4ms Full HD IPS LED Gaming Monitor

The laptop has only 1 HDMI port, and from what I'm learning, both monitors have to go into the port.
I'm looking at my options to make this happen. I'd read online that for eye strain it's good to have a minimum of 120 Hz, which is what lead to the purchase of the second monitor, but I also do want to have two monitors on my desk.

From what I'm seeing, there isn't a dongle that can go into the HDMI port, so instead I can get the following two items. However, if I'm understanding this right, I'd be giving up the 144 Hz.

USB C to 4K HDMI VGA Adapter CLDAY 4-in-1 Hub USB 3.0 OTG Charging Power PD Port Compatible for MacBook Pro/Dell XPS/Samsung Galaxy

and

Type-C Female to HDMI Male Adapter 4K Cable, Hoydaa Unidirectional USB-C 3.1 to HDMI 4K 60Hz Thunderbolt 3 to HDMI Adapter Support from USB-C Enabled Laptop and More to HDMI Enabled External Displays

so two questions.
1.) would those two products together make it so I can have two monitors?
and
2.) is there a better/cheaper option?

thanks for any guidance,
