Does Windows 11 already come with the driver updates listed under A515-46 model - slow cpu problem

I have a new A515-46-R14K. I installed windows 11 on october 25. I have been reading that Ryzen chipsets were slow due to bug in windows but that it has been fixed. The chipset driver is dated 10/13/21.

Should I update or is it already updated with windows 11 installation or is slow cpu problem already fixed with windows 11 roll out.

Under device manager, I look at the processor driver version currently and it says Version:  5.12.0.38 but the latest chipset driver is version 10 dot something. Does this make sense.

I did install windows 11 already. There was one hick up
The msteam binary error which people suspect it to be permission problem

I just changed any file in a directory (i forgot name) that has has  microsoftteams_ prefix which i found one to rename with .old extension. Dauntingly, i had to click many sub dialog boxes for permissions to access the directory. I don't use chat etc so if anything broke, it doesn't matter

i agree, especially for the newbie, it is best to wait probably 6 months until roll out errors are fixed

Microsoft may have the chipset driver but it doesn't mean they put it into windows 11 install.

On device manager, the processor driver version is 10.0.22000.1 and dated 04/21/2009

The new available driver (i assume this  relates to the above) is

    CHIPSET

    Date: 2021/10/13

    Version: 5.12.0.38

    Vendor: AMD

    Size: 22.0 MB

Strange it is a lower version

I finally used AMD software general purpose installer. Since the version numbers were same, I decided I didn't need to.
