I got an Acer Predator Helios-300 ph315-52.
Yesterday I was using it and it became a little "buggy" and a second after that it stopped responding. Its not the fn + f7 switch.
Help would be appreciated.

MichiLuch try to completely remove the touchpad drivers with a software like youruninstaller for ex or similar and reinstall acer drivers (if available) also check the settings in the bios try to swap between them see if the issue persists did u had any windows updates lately if so theres your issue i would recommend to completely disable windows updates worst case scenario would be faulty hardware me personally i never use the laptops touchpads they are useless to me i always have a mouse but good luck :)

    Hi @MichiLuch,

    # Try to get the BIOS page.
    1. Turn OFF the unit.
    2. Press and hold the F2 key and turn on the unit.
    3. You will be in setup utility page.
    4. Once you got the screen release the F2 key.
    5. Tap on F9 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
    6. Tap on F10 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
    7. Your unit will restart by itself.

Check this T/S and post the result.

Did not work. I actually resetted my pc for other reasons and it started working, and now randomly again it stopped.

@MichiLuch have u performed a stock recovery clean install deleting everything or keeping your files as keeping them will not solve any software issues you need to backup whatever u need and get it completely formatted it but if you have done it then its most probably a hardware issue if this is the case contact acer support from your own country and send it back to get it diagnosed assuming youre still under warranty good luck :)
