Do I change my battery? Or buy a new charger.. Idk if it started after an update but now it only works while its plugged in and this orange battery light keeps blinking!! I tried to reset my device already. It shows multiple versions of Microsoft Edge taking up so much of my battery and no updates available for me

    (1) Exactly how did you try to reset it?
    (2) What's the full ACER model number? For example, A515-54G? E5-431?

If it's got a removable battery, remove it, and try charging again. If it's a non removable one, check the back side for a pin size hole with a battery sign, insert a clip into the hole until it clicks and keep pressing for 45 seconds, then release, and charge again. If battery's good, it should charge. Otherwise, check the battery status.

    Hi @ Imsolostineedcoffee
Try a different charger to isolate if that's a charger issue.
