Cooling in AN515-54

Hello, with my AN515-54 laptop it gets very hot (when I was using windows on it, idles were 70C and anything somewhat intensive would get it around 90C making it thermal throttle), and I had a thought that the thermal paste may be bad or incorrectly applied. However, I am not sure so I want to see if the temps are same for anyone else. Also, no windows only tools, I use arch linux. For temperatures, I can use psensor, and the temperatures are lower at idle, but that may be due to software (and me placing the laptop on an external cooler, but the fans were off on the cooler so its just extra ventilation) with a browser and the OS only using about 2GiB of ram. The laptop has an intel i7-9750h and RTX 2060 mobile. Still, with something intensive like BeamNG drive (which uses many threads and a lot of cpu power unlike other games) it gets very hot. Also, it is likely my thermal paste has been replaced since acer replaced the keyboard in the laptop which requires a lot of disassembly.

For more clarity (even though I said it in original post), I use arch linux and can't use windows only tools at the current moment, like nitrosense. However, when I used the fans a few months ago in windows at max speed in combination with the fans, the idles were more of 60 to 70 degrees, although still quite hot for idle.

Will probably give a try, wasn't sure how I would replace the thermal paste in the Nitro 5 laptop (I have replaced thermal paste of a different laptop before). The components are probably undervolted already too.
