Acer laptop complaint

I'm last year clg student, my laptop stop working properly at 14/09/2021 so i registered a complaint to Acer care and submit my laptop they told me that there are some battery issue in my laptop so i have to wait till my battery arrive, now after 7-9 days they told me that there are also motherboard issue so now i have to for more 20-30 days because motherboard is not available in acer warehouse, this is my placement season i purchased this laptop with loan but even just after 6 month of purchasing laptop battery and motherboard stop working, i already failed in my mid exam just bcz of acer worst service my case id: xxxxxxxxx

    Sorry. Perhaps you can ask your instructor if you can re-take the mid-exam after the laptop is fixed.

    I am so sorry to hear the experience you are having, I understand your frustration, especially when the notebook is a tool for your studies. In some cases the repair team need to  wait for parts to be shipped to then proceed with the repair, and unfortunately it is out of their power, since it involves shipment logistics.
