acer aspire e5 575 keyboard and lan stops working when wifi card is removed for ngff egpu

So this is my issue, I was planning on attaching an egpu to my laptop through the wifi card port with an ngff cable exp gdc. The main issue is after doing these, my keyboard and lan stops working and even in bios, keyboard does not function (i was only able to get to bios with an external keyboard) (mouse tracker still works). This, however is reversible. The moment I reinstalled wifi card, keyboard goes back then for some odd reason my mouse tracker is the one that dies.
The way i tried to fix it is by using a 3rd party driver installer (drive booster) and got my lan issues fixed. However, keyboard is still facing errors and from code 10 problem in device manager, it turned into a code 12 after i tried fixing with drive booster.
A secondary issue is while the gpu i attached does get recognized in device manager, it still has the yellow mark. I tried updating its driver with geforce experience and it says cant update recommended driver. While drive booster fixed the yellow mark, geforce experience and nicehash still seems to not detect the gpu. Any help with these two issues are appreciated.

The egpu adapter you have is obviously at least partially incompatible with the mainboard. It's likely due to card pinouts that need to be blocked with tape. Without knowing which egpu adapter you have, we have no idea if its m.2 card pinouts can even be modified to achieve full compatibility.

Forgive me if i misinterpret your words, but you're basically saying that its due to the number of pins that interact from my ngff cable to the m.2 wifi port right? I did notice that my wifi card does not fit all the way into my port and have some pins that it does not interact with while my new ngff cable fits up to all the pins in the port. So will it be as simple as putting a tape on the pins to match what was the only ones interacting with the wifi card? will any tape work? ill give it a try.

It is usually a trial & error process. Primarily due to trying to use universal-design connectors in proprietary-design mainboard connectors. But yes, Scotch or electrician tape is often used to cover offending pins.

Hmm while taping some pins seems to have restored my keyboard, like my initial issue, i lose the mousepad tracking. I won't know if my my egpu would be working until I get home later, where the gpu (1080) and exp gdc v.8 is. only have the cable with me atm.

Any ideas about the mousepad? If at least the gpu works later. I would rather having this setup with non working mouse over non working keyboard.

Check the BIOS Main tab for any touchpad options. You may have to press CTRL+S to reveal any hidden options. Change the mode option --- usually touchpad, media/gaming modes. If or when you settle in on something that seems acceptable, please let us know which pins were taped. Phone photos would be helpful. Thanks.
