Charger is plugged in and LED signifying that it is charging is on, but percentage won't go up.

Hi friends, my charger is plugged in, the LED signifying that it is charging is on, and the charging symbol is active in the bottom right hand corner of the screen. Yet the battery percentage will not go up, it is just staying still, but when I unplug it will go down. Any fixes?

# Try to update the battery driver

1. Hold windows key and hit letter X.
2. Choose the device manager option.
3. Go with the option battery.
4. Under the title battery.

5. Right click on that option ----> Update all driver under the title battery.
6. Choose "search automatically". 

Check this T/S and post the result. ​
