Do you mean #15, #20 or #25 in that diagram? #20 will not work, the other two will. The M.2 screw size is M2x3mm but they typically have a wider head than the normal pan screw. The normal screw will work if you have one already, but if you are going to order go ahead and get the right one.

hi i am new i need help, i have pc predator orion p03 630 but on motherboard i only have one pcie slot, but i have empty m2 nvme ssd slot, i bought m2 to pcie express x16 riser adapter, inside came out a 15 pin sata cable and the other end goes to 4 pin on the pcie slot for electric current where should i connect it?

@Kevinxx84 you need to start a new thread with your question instead of camping on this old one that doesn't match your question or model. Include your full model number (PO3-630-xxxx), pictures of the card you are trying to install and either a link to the card or to the card manufacturer so we can see what it's supposed to do. It almost sounds like the card plugs into an M.2 socket and gives you a PCIe slot? It wouldn't be faster than x4 since that's all that's available on the M.2, but it doesn't sound like anything I've seen before...

Yes, the SATA power cable with the two connectors is perfect for providing power to the addon board that you have in your M.2 socket. If you already have both connectors in use for two drives, there's a second connector on the motherboard that can give you two more SATA power connectors using a second cable.
