Aspire 4738z How do i fix a 0xc0000005 error in windows 7

Hi, I have an Acer Aspire 4738z, I forgot how i got this error, its been a long time since i got this error and i was realize to ask it in here, an error 0xc0000005 has appears, I have tried to uninstalling the a windows update and still not worked, I ever tried to search the internet an answer but none of them worked. How do i fix this?

    Press WIN+R. Enter 'services.msc'. Scroll down the list and right click on Windows Update. Click properties. Click manual. Microsoft no longer automatically updates or supports Windows 7 since January 2020.

    Hi @LastC416,

    # Try to get the BIOS page.
    1. Turn OFF the unit.
    ​2. Press and hold the F2 key and turn on the unit. 
    3. You will be in setup utility page. 
    4. Once you got the screen release the F2 key.
    5. Tap on F9 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
    6. Tap on F10 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
    7. Your unit will restart by itself. 

    Check this T/S and post the result. ​

    Hi, it don't working. Is there's any other things i could try?

    Hi, I can't find Windows Update in services.msc.
