Hello,
I have a Nitro Sense 5 An515-55 with RTX3060 and i7 10th Gen that i mainly use to Render Scenes on from the 3D Software Blender.
The Cpu temperature has its maximum spike at 92 degrees C and after some time goes towards the 94 degrees C mark.
The laptop is half a year old and at start it rendered without shutting down mid render. Now however, after an increased concern in temperature i have decided to place it on my balcony when rendering because of the cool air (safely protected from any outside harm). Thats when this first happened. Some 3 hours later i checked outside, just to realise it had shut down mid render. ever since then this has re occured with any render ive tried. After a few hours under full load it would shut off.

In the Nitro sense application my energy consumption is set to maximum performance. The Gpu has a normal temp ranging from 60 to 75 and 100% usage. The cpu however, also under 100% usage, is running very hot.
I cant conduct a single, full render of 2000 frames without the laptop shutting off at about 1000 frames.

Ive read here and on other forums that a built in heat protection shut off mechanism is built in these laptops. Ive also seen suggestions to undervolt and/or underclock the cpu (with ThrottleStop or Intel CPU tuning utility) which reportedly drastically reduced temperatures but these settings are locked by default by intel in every 10th and above generation cpu. So i cant change them.

I do posess a cooling pad which i place beneath the machine with every render. i closely look at the temperatures and have the laptop fans running at 4300 rpm (both gpu and cpu).
Im at a loss.... i was so happy having this little beast of a laptop doing my rendering but with it shutting off under heavy loads its useless.

any help is very much appreciated.
Cheers
