I finally got around doing a fresh install with a iso image of windows.  Did not use acer restore or anything did a fresh new install with a new m.2 nvme drive.  I downloaded all the drivers from the acer website and unzipped the files to run the drivers.  But i cannot find any .exe file to run to install the driver. The audio realtek driver folder doesn't have a .exe file for me to run. almost all the drivers i downloaded does not have any .exe for me to run.  some has the install.cmd for me to run but when double click that to run the command prompt appears and disappears so i don't know if it actually installed anything or didn't install anything.  installing drivers can't be this difficult.  I called acer support line and some tier 1 support person was like you don't have to install anything windows does everything for you.  no they do not and i actualy like installing drivers from the manufacturers website.  But the tier 1 support didn't care and was just saying run the .cmd program and you don't have to install all the drivers windows does it for you. so i was wondering if you guy had a run in with installing drivers and what did you guys have to run to install the drivers? cause you have to run something and i really want to know.  and installing drivers can't be this difficult.

The should be an .exe file for the audio driver installation. It is in the bottom. Some drivers use cmd for installation.
Please remember to include @AnhEZ28 when you want to reply back to my comment so that I can check your response.
Thank you and have a nice day!

as i mentioned in my original question there is no setup.exe there are other .exe files but it doesn't do anytyhing when you double click on it.  there is a install.cmd and install package.bat.  but it seems like the .bat and the .cmd runs something then gives bunch of errors and doesn't do anything.  I'm not sure why acer made it this difficult for someone to install simple drivers...
