So i just got the laptop like 2 months ago and it has been working really fine until today, this morning i have switched the refresh rate from 144 hz to 60hz since i wanted to save power for its battery to last longer. However when i changed it back to 144 hz after like 4 - 5 hours of usage on 60hz(like 10-15 mins after switching to 144hz) screen got dark all of a sudden , i could still hear the voice coming from my laptop but screen was completely gone. i just connected the screen to another monitor with an hdmi cable and i just restarted the laptop with the help of that external monitor. since then i didnt experience any other problems with the display, but i still want to ask if this issue was because of the refresh rate change or was it just a coincidence? It's important because when i want battery to last longer ill change it to 60hz again unless it caused this issue.CPU and both GPU's are working well.

Processor: ryzen 5 4600h
GPU: gtx 1650

Can anyone help please?

If you still get a black screen after changing from 60hz to 144hz. Try to update the AMD gpu drivers.
