PO3-620 overheating. Choosing CPU cooler.

Hello,
As many have said, so i have CPU overheating problems too. I've already looked for CPU cooler alternatives, but i don't know which one is best between these 3. 
NOCTUA NH-L9x65, NOCTUA NH-D9L, NOCTUA NH-U9S.

    I'm sure that all of them make a big difference compared with what you have now. I had D9L because it was readily available.

    The differences must be only few degrees between the two tower coolers, but I think that U9S is better. It is heavier and most likely has the highest cooling area (fins). U9S also blows the air towards the rear exhaust fan and not towards the motherboard like L9x65 cooler does.
