Gaming performance became poor after upgrading to Windows 11 Helios 300, PH315-53

Everything worked properly under Windows 10 Helios 300, PH315-53. But when I upgraded to Windows 11 I noticed that gaming performance became noticeably worse. The only way to improve it is to enable "Turbo". VR apps are completely unusable without "Turbo". Why did this happen? I never used "Turbo" under Windows 10, because it is very noisy. Changing power settings in control panel don't seem to help. I was using "High Performance" under Windows 10.

Has anyone else experienced something like this?

    Hi @ serioussam909

For Display issues one fix that is working is to Roll back or Uninstall the Driver on the Display Device > Driver tab, restart PC to reinstall driver. You can also try older drivers in Device Manager > Display device > Driver tab > Update Driver > Browse > Let Me Pick.
