My laptop's temperature has been too high recently - nitro 5

I had a nitro 5 and when i played ac odyssey at even low graphics the temperature reaches around 75 , is it harmful?  And what should i do to keep the temperature low while gaming 
I got an i7 processor and 1560 ti graphics

    75°C while gaming is good temperature for laptop users you are lucky.
    While playing games if your temperatures are below 90°C then no need to worry temperatures are fine
