Hello.
As the title says, I would be grateful if anyone knows a method of undervolting my Helios300 without the need of Throttlestop.
Is it possible to unlock the bios and do it that way somehow?
Many thanks

Cpu jumps between 48C to 61C time to time. ... Your temperatures look fine, they are quite normal and nothing to worry about, in any case, the 10th Gen CPU in your laptop can not be undervolted, Intel has disabled undervolting for these CPUs.

BlindSaiyan00 the other other alternative its to use the garbage intel xtu which i wont recommend at all its completely useless and no you cannot unlock the bios officially not supported by neither Acer neither any other laptop manufacturer it will instantly void your warranty (also i wouldnt recommend it theres a really big change you will brick your device permanently doing it if you dunno exactly what youre doing) also its strictly not allowed to ask/talk about it in this community please read the ACUA  and follow the community rules to avoid getting banned/deleted :)

PS: TS does exact that changes the values in the bios directly so i dunno why you would need an unlocked bios at all ts works fine for everyone but bare in mind you need to have your windows properly optimized and if still needed after undervolting (its the silicone lottery) you might need to get it repasted with kryonaut or similar assuming youre able to do it without voiding your warranty or already out of warranty otherwise only Acer can repasted it with stock paste under warranty :)

Easwar once again wrong info who told you 10th gen cannot be undervolted thats a complete lie i have my aspire 5 10th gen U cpu undervolted sinced i got it from Acer in 2019 intel hasnt disabled anything anywhere what was done was some manufacturers limited the option to undervolt via bios update which was enabled again after on recent updates so please ill ask you again to get your info straight before giving more wrong advice's its really getting a bit frustrating already to even read your posts/answers when we all know what youre posting its not true at all im not here picking neither having a go at anyone but again my advice is if you want to give advice's/help please get your info straight and give the correct ones not just randomly post by posting to get some more points in the leaders board thats really wrong and deceitful and makes us all look bad here after all we are here to help and give the correct info have a great day :)
