My leptop acer aspire 3 won't turn on

When I press power button of my leptop it was start but not see display it was Automatically restart but doesn't see display Automatic turn off power and after again on power and this loop is start end time how I fix this issue and how to my leptop don't see display

(1) Press and hold power button till laptop shuts off

(2) Unplug charger

(3) Insert paper clip into reset pinhole on bottom for one minute

(4) Plug charger back in. Wait till battery charge LED turns blue

(5) Turn laptop on and immediately press F2 key to enter BIOS meniu

(6) Press F9 in BIOS menu. Then press F10 to save setting and exit.

(7) Laptop should boot normally

# Try to get the BIOS page.

1. Turn OFF the unit.

​2. Press and hold the F2 key and turn on the unit. 
3. You will be in setup utility page. 
4. Once you got the screen release the F2 key.
5. Tap on F9 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
6. Tap on F10 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
7. Your unit will restart by itself. 

Check this T/S and post the result. ​
