Hello guys, I really need your help today...

I have been struggling with a lag issue with my Acer Nitro AN715-51 and I really need help I have tried all.

Sometimes My PC just lags entirelly, just moving the apps is laggy, is not a freezing lag is more like a lag in the computer with a lot of stuttering.

I first thought it was the ram bc firstly had 8 gigs, I got more ram but the overall experience is terrible, even when I am not gaming, I just play league in normal settings!!!

Here are the RESULTS FOR USER BENCH MARK

UserBenchmarks:
CPU: Intel Core i7-9750H - 70.6%
SSD: Kingston RBUSNS8154P3256GJ1 256GB - 88.2%
HDD: Toshiba MQ01ABF050 500GB - 43.6%
RAM: Kingston ACR26D4S9S8ME-8 04CB 16GB - 78.7%
MBD: Acer Nitro AN715-51

What does this mean? The GPU is a mobile GTX1650

IDK what happened with my PC but today I tried a i3 of 10th gen laptop with 4 gbs of ram and no gpu and it felt a lot better that my PC, Chrome lags, opening the window key lags, and I dont know why.

I dont have a temperature throttle, I take good care of my PC but I really dont know what to do.

What you guys can recommend. I will be really grateful for any help.

Do you have the 3rd party antivirus like Norton?

    Hi @Juany,

    # Try to get the BIOS page.
    1. Turn OFF the unit.
    2. Press and hold the F2 key and turn on the unit.
    3. You will be in setup utility page.
    4. Once you got the screen release the F2 key.
    5. Tap on F9 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
    6. Tap on F10 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
    7. Your unit will restart by itself.

Check this T/S and post the result.

I have a feeling that it might be your HDD that is causing the issue for sure, Kindly test by trying out another SSD or HDD to confirm the issue

This HDD is just for games, and most of the times is of acording to the Task Manager. I will try this.

    Juany,

A slow computer is often caused by too many programs running simultaneously, taking up processing power and reducing the PC's performance. ... Click the CPU, Memory, and Disk headers to sort the programs that are running on your computer by how much of your computer's resources they are taking.
