USB 3.1 ports constantly keeps disconnecting USB 2.0 Nitro 5 AN515-54

My device is Acer Nitro 5 AN515-54 (Core i5 9300H With GTX 1650)
I recently replaced the motherboard under warranty. After that when I inserted any USB 2.0 based device on the USB 3.1 ports on the left side it keeps connecting and disconnecting. But USB 3.0 based devices seem fine. I have so many Digital Signatures of my clients based on USB 2.0 and this is very much frustrating. Any solution?

    Sad to know that USB 2.0 devices connection is NOT stable on the USB 3.1 port. 

    Have you tried connecting the USB 2.0 based device to the USB 2.0 port, which is on the right side of your laptop? 

    If you have tried connecting, May I know what happened?

    Actually the usb 2.0 is very stable. the digital signatures, both usb 2.0 & 3.0 flash drives, my phone, wireless receiver for mouse and keyboard all are working. I am deeply disappointed as there was no reply from acer support mail as well.

    Yes, only devices based on USB 3.0 or 3.1 work. Anything lower than it not working. Also, I found some other issues. I set the display to turn off after 10 mins of non-usage. the display turns off. but then it turns back on by itself. On my first encounter before posting in this thread I thought this was some software issue as the hardware was changed. I tried a reset but still, the issue persisted. Then I installed a new copy of windows 10 from the Microsoft website. When I tried to boot the USB for installation the OS installation never came unless I attached the laptop to the AC adapter. I think my motherboard is not a good one. Been sending mail for the past 10 days and no response from ACER side.
  • Try resetting the battery: turn off the computer, unplug the power adapter, press the power button for thirty seconds, and leave the computer off for half an hour.
