GPU problem on Acer Nitro 5 AN515-43 AMD RX560X. GPU not connected to computer

Hi Everyone,

Few days ago while i was playing game suddenly the game crashed, i thought it was just some random error. The next day when i turned on the laptop the boot time is horrendously slow takes about 20 mins before the ACER spalsh screen appear. When i checked the task manager, i noticed that the GPU is missing leaving only onboard Vega 8. Before I write this question, i had done several attempt to fix this issue:
1. Reinstall driver from Acer support page (uninstall uisng DDU in safe mode), multiple tries as i am so disparate
2. Reinstall driver from AMD (uninstall uisng DDU in safe mode)
3. Battery reset

I also took some screenshots.




In early 2021, i had the similar problem (extreamly slow boot time) but i was inpatient and forcely turn it off. When i brought it to the service center, they said that my ssd was damaged but later on they said my motherboard was also damaged. It took me almost a month to wait for my SSD and MB. But i don't know if the problem was from the GPU as well.

Is it boot time or long post time? perhaps some physical connection to the mobo is at fault?

Try reinstalling windows by pressing alt+f10 before the acer logo.
