Acer XF270H Refresh 144Hz issue

Hi,
I can't see any one else on this planet that has had or seen this issue. My monitor on the left half has a strange issue when 144Hz is enabled.
The monitor is not blinking like I've seen other however it switching between what looks like an out of frequency and back every second.
I've attached a youtube video : Ay0opJMHfPI where you can see it better.
If you look closer it looks almost like the image is extended 1 pixel vertically then back to normal.
The issue is not present when running at 60Hz, any range above 60Hz and it returns.
I have swapped out DP cables and can confirm they are high speed cable capable, power cable and socket supply but this has not fixed the issue. 

Any other thoughts or suggestions welcome.

    That type of artifact usually shows that the cable isn't quite up to snuff... Have you tried a different cable?
