from the past few months after my battery reaches 100% charge and as soon as i unplug the charger, my laptop switches off and shows 0% even if i plug in my charger again and it does not move further.
i have tried clean windows install and recently upgraded to win 11.
what could be the cause of it?
attaching battery report if it helps.
thanks in advance!

    Hi @axhwi,

    # Try to update the battery driver

    1. Hold windows key and hit letter X.
    2. Choose the device manager option.
    3. Go with the option battery.
    4. Under the title battery.

    5. Right click on that option ----> Update all driver under the title battery.
    6. Choose "search automatically".

Check this T/S and post the result.

Please try this: Hold or repeatedly Tap F2 to get into BIOS. Go to EXIT tab, Load default settings, then save and exit. Alternatively you can try F9>ENTER>F10>ENTER in BIOS setup screen. Then go to device manager, go to battery driver, then uninstall both the devices you see in there, do not uninstall the driver(Don't check the box). then restart the unit and see if it resolves. if not, service center is the option. sorry about that.

nothing worked. service center guy came today. he did some diagnostic using
his pendrive and checked battery in that software/tool. result came out
as "failed" so i think somehow my battery's dead. he says new battery would cost around 100$ . i dont have this much money. can i still use my laptop plugged in like this? will it cause any more issue ?
what am i supposed to do?

service guy said battery is dead or is not functional. he did some diagnostic using qa tool which showed battery failed the test.
he told me to replace the battery and is quoting 100$ for it.
