What do I do? Third time VG270 monitor screen stops working properly - Under warranty.

In January 2020, I bought 2 of the VG270 monitors for a 2-Screen gaming computer for my son - In November the lower portion of the screen began to flicker and jump - its was not the video card - it wasn't the cable - it was clearly the monitor. Due to COVID I had to pay $45 to ship my warrantied monitor to Texas as there were no drop off available. In December, it came back. It worked until August of 2021 when the screen began to break down and flicker and have artifacts and was basically broken. I called Acer and explained that I felt that I should not have to pay another $45 to ship my defective monitor. Thankfully they sent a label and paid for the shipping to Texas from California. I received it last month. It worked for three weeks and now the lower third of the screen is dark and flickers - I hooked the screen to other computers to make sure it was nothing in my son's system - I don't want a repair - do I have a shot at Acer actually replacing this instead of trying to fix it this time? The fix does not stick. I have had computers and monitors for decades - I use quality cables - I know how to troubleshoot. This is hooked up to a laptop I use for work.

This is actually through the HDMI input - same issue with the DVI off the gaming tower. Flashes and moves if there is movement on the screen - this is a static picture of a desktop.
