Hi,
I had an m.2 SSD in my laptop and it was working fine
yesterday I installed a SATA SSD on my laptop and tried to install windows on it (i tried windows 10 and 11)
but my problem is, windows is stuck in "Copying Windows Files (0%)"
there is no problem with my bootable drive because I tested it in my m.2 SSD and windows were installed successfully
also, my SATA SSD has no problem because I installed ubuntu on it with no problem.
I figured it out that this is a BIOS or motherboard issue because I tried to format SSD with NTFS using diskpart but it was stuck on "0 percent"
I tried another way and put my SATA SSD to another laptop and I installed windows on it successfully, but when I put that in my laptop it doesn't boot up with that.
right now I have an ubuntu 20.04 in my m.2 SSD and from that, I can format my SATA SSD with NTFS, but still can't install windows

Do you still have a bootable drive connected?

No, I canceled installation after an hour

You must temporarily disconnect the old m.2 Windows boot SSD if you want to install Windows on the new SATA SSD.

I've done that, but that doesn't work
I even disabled m.2 slot from bios

With the m.2 still disconnected, is the SATA SSD  identified in the BIOS Information tab as HDD0 or HDD1? A phone photo of the BIOS Information tab would be helpful if possible.

there is another thing that might help
last night I installed windows 11 on my M.2 and ubuntu 20.04 on my SATA SSD
then from ubuntu, I formatted a 700GB partition as NTFS and finally, that was available in my windows
but when I tried to move anything in it, its transfer rate was really slow (near to zero or less than 1MB/S)
so I checked disk usage in task manager and that was 100% even when read or write speed was 0KB/s

I suggest wiping out everything in the SATA SSD, in other words, leaving it uninitialized and then leaving it as the only drive and install Windows again.

By any chance you had the SATA SSD partitioned as MBR and not GPT?

I've done that before but didn't work
no, it's GPT, but I tried both MBR and GPT and didn't work

Your issue seemed to be weird. Cannot think of an explanation for that.

Have you set a supervisor password in BIOS?

When I added a 2.5" SATA3 SSD to my laptop and installed Manjaro Linux on it, I had to set a supervisor password. Seemed to be a requirement for the additional SSD.

Have you set a HDD0 or HDD1 password in BIOS by mistake under the security tab?
It will be helpful if you can post pictures of the other BIOS tabs.

I didn't set password for any supervisor or hdd0 or hdd1
I tried it and set, but currently it's clear
I can't go to the BIOS right now, but I'll send you pictures as soon as possible

Let's try focus on one thing---your original goal of Installing Win10 on the EVO in the configuration below but with the m.2 still disconnected.

    (1) Tap F12 on startup to Boot from the Win10 installation USB drive.
    (2) Go to the advanced troubleshooting option to bring up the X :  \ > command prompt.
    (3) At the command prompt, enter 'diskpart'
    (4) At the DISKPART > prompt enter 'list disk'
    (5) Please post a phone photo of the result.

OK, but can we talk in a real time messenger for this?
Opening diskpart ant waiting for your response may take hours

Do you think it is a Insyde BIOS requirement to set supervisor password when adding a 2.5" SSD to the laptop?
I think so, based on my experience with the A515-46-R14K.
