Hi, I'm having a problem where my Acer Spin SP513-54N is connected to a usb-c dock with a monitor, it displays properly, but if my computer goes to sleep, or I reboot the USB-C monitor will not be recognized again until I replug the USB-C connection. Other devices conneced to the dock will work (i.e., wired network connection, mouse) but the monitor won't work until I replug. I have tried adjusting all of the USB power settings to prevent it from being put to sleep, but it doesn't seem to help.

Also, if I plug the monitor in directly to HDMI output, it is recognized on boot and wakes from sleep properly. Running a dual external monitor setup and don't want to have to replug my usb-c constantly.

Running the most recent graphics drivers, bios, etc.

Any help would be appreciated!

    Hi @DanielD99

Since it doesn't wake up only when it is connected with the dock may be it could be the dock itself. Because with Acer none of the docks are being tested officially. So there could be an inconsistency. So you can try to connect it without the dock.

Hope it will help you in some way.
