My laptop has started to have sleep issues.
I can put it to sleep but then it doesn't wake up. The blue light is still on. Then my only option is to long-press the power button to turn it off and then turn it on.
My keyboard is allowed to wake laptop from sleep, and I even tried to disable fast boot in bios.
I've seen multiple posts where the problem is resolved as in this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gBtSkJePt0s), but I don't even have the "PCI Express" option there.
All I have there is "desktop background settings, sleep, display, battery" while in sleep option is only sleep > sleep after > on battery: 4 minutes, plugged in: 10 minutes
If anybody would have solution to finding pci express settings or any other solution to this please let me know thanks in advance

Yeah, the PCIe option is normally only there on desktops, not on laptops. His second suggestion just turns off the ability to hibernate. Another potential issue with some models was a conflict with virtualization. Do you have virtualization enabled in the BIOS? If so and you aren't running virtual machines try turning that off. Fast Boot leaves the USB ports powered up and enabled so they don't have to be initialized during startup, which saves some time. That can be problematic with a fair number of USB devices though, so we typically suggest turning it off.
