Is graphic card in Acer Aspire T3-715 screwed or fastened to the metal wall of the machine case?

The latch at the lower inner corner of the graphic card is pushed down but the graphic card cannot be pulled out of the slot.  The metal wall to which the card is attached moves if the card is pulled with force.

Is the card fastened or screwed to the metal wall?

How to remove the card, please?

Thanks.

Graphics cards are not screwed. It is the latch that prevented you from lifting the graphics card up.

Have you tried to push (or pull for some) the latch and at the same time lift up the graphics card?

If problem persist, send us a close up photo of the latch if you can.

Maybe some members here can show you a picture of the latch later. I suppose T3-715 latch should not be much different than the others.
