How to replace the CMOS battery on board of Acer Aspire T3-715 ?

in Aspire and Veriton Desktops
1. Is it a MUST that the replacement battery be the same brand & same number?  Everything must be the same?
2. How to get the BIOS system of the PC into the replacement battery?
3. Can it be purchased from Acer?  or anywhere else?
4. Would there be any rejections or reactions from the original motherboard?

    1) It doesn't have to be the same brand. But it has to be a CR2032.
    2) The bios is recorded on a chip and not on the rtc battery. The battery only saves the information recorded in the bios.
    3) You can buy rtc battery at any store.
    4) There is no problem installing another RTC battery. However, you will have to update the date and time again.
