How to remove graphic card in Acer Aspire T3-715

The end of the graphic card attaching to the back wall of the PC is very tight.  
Is it fixed to the wall?
How to remove the card, please?

    Yes, there is a latch at the back of the GPU slot. Here's an image:
    That pink rectangle shows the latch. You need to release that in order to remove the card.

    To remove a graphics card, pay attention to the latch at the end of the PCIe x16 slot.

    You may want to press the latch down a little ( some may be similar to the latch of the memory slot). Some latches may needed to be pulled toward the inside of the PC. If you have not loosened this latch and try to pull the graphics card by force, you may break it. No wonder you said it is tight.

    The latch is fixed to the PCIe x 16 slot, and this x16 slot is fixed to the motherboard ( Is it what you mean by the "Wall" ?)
