After pressing F9 and F10, there was a problem with the device stopping

There is no boot at all, black screen, I connected to an external monitor and there is no data, knowing that I do not use the device for games, just watching.  Is there a solution?

    Hi @userd3e

You can try to do a BIOS reset.

How do I reset my BIOS/UEFI to default settings?
    1. Turn on the laptop and keep on tapping the F2 button continuously to get into the BIOS.
    2. Power on the system.
    3. Press F9 and then Enter to load the default configuration.
    4. Press F10 and then Enter to save and exit.
Hope it will help you in some way.
