Problem with Predator helios 300 GPU at 100%, HELP PLEASE

Hello, I would like to know if anyone has had this problem with the Helios 300 (rtx2070) and managed to solve it?

The problem is this. In the middle of games the GPU simply goes to 100% (now it's indicating 97%) and the fps drops a lot, from 300/400 to 99 limiting.

The game settings are ok, low, everything configured for performance. (the game I play the most and see the problem is in csgo).

As you can see in the graph below, it simply hits the maximum, when it reduced there, it's because I minimized the game and went to look, then it reduces to normal, but when you open the game again, that's it.

Some quick fixes that work sometimes. Press the turbo button, turning it on and off, then it goes back to normal for a few minutes.
Another solution was to leave fans max qd ta normal, it doesn't always work. That didn't happen. I don't know if it's the temperature or what it is, but it's undervolt, etc. And in the past it didn't happen.

If the problem is happening (fps drop, with the GPU at 100%) and I press turning the turbo on and off, the problem resolves for a short while. But if the problem is not happening and I turn on the turbo, the problem starts with the turbo on, so I need to turn it off.
