Hei guys, i'm new here and this is my first time using acer nitro.
I have a question, is it really important and useful to turn on battery charge limit?
i'm using this laptop as my daily and replacing my old pc.
so i'm making this laptop as my "PC" and i'm always plugged in my battery charger.

To be honest, for most people not really. It can help if you intend to keep the laptop for many many many years (5+), however by the time you would notice the effect on the battery, there would be most likley some other niggle with the device that it wouldnt matter too much :) (As in a hours less battery isnt the end of the world on a 5 year old laptop!)

Thank you for your answer, but if i turn on the feature will it impact my game perfomance? Will it decrease the power because of turning on the battery limit?

wont effect gaming, as long as the battery is able to provide extra juice when needed it wouldnt effect it at all :)

If the feature to limit battery charge is available use it. I kept my Acer Nitro 5 2018 plugged in almost always and just 2 years later the battery backup had fallen to 65%, despite just 40-odd battery cycles . 1 year later 35%, cycle count 64. Even while gaming maximum battery temp. rarely exceeded 30°C.
I always limit battery to 80% in my smartphones and in 2 of those battery health is still around 80% after almost 5 years.
As long as the laptop is plugged in during games limiting battery charge will have minimal impact on gaming performance.
Original battery is quite expensive compared to HP or Lenovo and third-party alternatives aren't as widespread as Dell/Lenovo/HP etc.
It could that the battery was defective from the beginning...
