Enhace laptop booting speed and performance Nitro 5 Ryzen AN-515.

I'm using Acer Nitro 5 Ryzen AN-515. 
It takes around 1 minute to boot. 
It is of 8gb ram ( usable 5.8gb only 😞). 
I asked in previous posts regarding this, they told to add another 8gb ram stick. So I wanted to add both ram and ssd, but I want to move my OS to ssd to enhance performance. But I have so many files in hdd, I can't move all, because I'm buying 240gb ssd. So how can I do this? 

I want to use ssd to boat my os and hdd to store files.

You can just reinstall Windows 10 on the SSD or clone the OS to SSD (the OS partition on the HDD must have less space or equal to 240GB ssd).
